We left W. Glacier National Park - got gas in Hungry Horse MT and stopped in at a large grocery for supplies.
While stopped in the parking lot I had to replace a fuse blown by a shorted out 12v to 115v inverter.

At a roadside pull-out at Loon Lake in Montana for a sandwich lunch.

We stopped for maps and information at Bonners Ferry ID.
We also changed clocks having entered the Pacific time zone from Mountain time.

Newport WA - KOA is quite a distance from the main road and is in a quiet setting near Diamond Lake.

Civil War re-inactors were having a camp in an open meadow at this campground.
I was delighted to see that they had a Silby tent in camp.

Left the KOA in Newport WA (which is just inside Washington State from Idaho.)

Crossing the upper Columbia River - east of Republic, WA.

We had lunch at a Mexican restaurant in Republic, Washington.
The mural in the photo is on a building across the street from the restaurant.
The restaurant was recommended by a lady with a strong French accent who worked at the information center at
Waterton Lakes National Park in Alberta, Canada.
