Tink
Tink an exact reproduction of Robert Manry's Tinkerbelle
which he sailed across the Atlantic Ocean in 1957.
The original Tinkerbelle is in a museum in Michigan.

Tinkerbelle had a hull of an Old Town "Whitecap" sailboat, built by the Old Town Canoe Co. of Old Town, Maine.
Manry extensively modified the 13 and a half foot boat for the Atlantic crossing.

The standard Scamp is 11 feet 11 inches long.
The centerboard is offset giving good access to the middle of the hull.
Southern Cross
Howard Rice's Southern Cross
is stored in the southern half of the SEAS building

This is the modified Scamp design boat which Howard Rice
attempted to sail around Cape Horn, at the southern tip of South America in 2017.
He was not successful, but made a good try and managed to save himself and the boat.

North East corner
The offices are mostly on the 2nd floor - workshops and classrooms on the 1st floor under them.
General workspace on 1st floor is heated in the winter.
The white hulled boat on the right is a Hereshoff design. It is shown in more detail below.

The Hereshoff design is molded plywood.
