This course was first sailed informally in 2006.
Subsequent to that first event it has been sailed as a - Raid - or a bunch of small boats sailing together every year,
culminating in arrival at Magnolia Beach, Texas in Matagorda Bay (later Seadrift, Texas) and joining the Duckworks Messabout. (the messabout was last held in 2010)
