Prince of Wales hotel west side
It was built by the Canadian National Railroad as a tourist destination.
We had lunch in their dining room. Not too expensive for lunch.
Great service, tasty food. Mona and Joseph had more normal fare and
I had a poteen... fried potatoes, buffalo meat, cheese... yummy.

The same model of bus is used in Yellowstone National Park, but their buses are Yellow.

We drove out of the village and went west.
We found a trailhead for a little hike, and a historical marker...

We crossed back to USA about 4:15 PM

Both directions the Canadians were more easy going than the USA Officials.

Gas was expensive near the Park, and I wanted to see Browning MT and
at least the setup of the North American Indian Days celebration that the Blackfoot Tribe puts on annually.
Some 20 years ago we happened to be in town for it and found it fun and informative. So we drove to Browning.
