Pow Wow 2009 - Indian Lore Weekend
4-5-6 December 2009
Camp Perry, Texas

There was a thick layer of frost on the table at our campsite,
when we arrived and began setting up camp about 7:45 AM on Saturday, December 5.

It had rained and drizzled on 4 of the 5 days previous to Pow Wow.
Mud in the low points of the more heavily used trails made transport interesting .
We skirted the squishy areas in the middle and made the best we could of the situation.

Fairly early in the morning some haybales were found.
Hay was strewn on the main entrance to the Indian Village. This fixed the muddy entrance to this major activity area.
