Wintercamp 2006 was an opportunity to earn several Eagle required merit badges while camping at Camp Perry in cool weather conditions.
Troop 583 gathered in the parking lot at Holy Spirit Parish Church just before noon on December 26 (Boxing Day to the people in England).

Supper (and breakfast and lunch) was served family style at the hall.

There were 105 scouts and 32 adult leaders representing 25 troops two of which were from out of Council.
We also had 20 volunteer staff at Winter Camp 2006.
