Sweet and Sour Sauce Dip 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. Salt 1/2 c. vinegar 1 1/2 tbsp. Cornstarch 4 tsp. Catsup 3/4 c. pineapple juice 1 c. crushed pineapple a few drops red food coloring Mix cornstarch & pineapple juice in saucepan. Add remaining ingredients. Stir ovre medium hihg heat until sauce thickens. Add more liquid if sauce needs thinning or more cornstarch to thiken. add more juice or vinegar depending on desired sweetness or sourness.
